� I accept only electronic payments thru Paypal, and Google Checkout.
� Returns are accepted on a case by case basis. Shipping fees are not refundable unless there are extenuating circumstances. Please contact me if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, and allow me the opportunity to resolve any concerns or problems!
Shipping & Local Pickup
� I do allow local pick-up, but do not have a brick and mortar store. Please notify me in advance if you want to pick up your purchase, so I don't pack it for shipment! A nominal, $1.00 service fee is applicable for local pick-up!
� eCrater's shipping calculator only allows me to offer USPS shipping methods. I ship larger, heavier packages via UPS Ground to save you $$$. Your purchase may be automatically converted to UPS shipping unless you Add A Note, at checkout, indicating you do not want UPS shipping.
� I do utilize the Priority Flat Rate boxes offered by the USPS. If your item will fit in one of these boxes and it will save you $$ on shipping, I will put it in a Flat Rate Box.
� I do combine shipping on multiple purchases when possible to combine and ship safely. I will be glad to quote combined shipping fees for you, before you buy. Just ask!
� Shipping fees are based on weight and zip code unless I can put it in a Priority Flat Rate Box.
� If you purchase multiple items, the combined shipping fees will be invoiced ASAP. If you pay full shipping before receiving that combined invoice, you will receive a refund for any overpayment on those fees.
� Shipping fees are guaranteed to be ACTUAL USPS or UPS shipping fees. No handling fees! Any overpayment on shipping fees is cheerfully refunded to you after I post your package and verify the actual fees.
� I ship USPS Monday thru Friday, excluding Holidays. Normally within 48 hours of receiving payment, barring any unforeseen circumstances. I ship UPS once or twice a week.
� All purchases at Little Red Treasure Barn are automatically insured, either self-insured by me or insured through the carrier.
� I pack carefully to assure your item arrives undamaged, and have been packing and shipping fragile glassware for 6+ years, with great success!
� All fragile items are bubble wrapped, unless it is in the original box. The items in original boxes are checked, to be sure they are secure, and sometimes additional packing material is required to keep these items from moving around in the original box.
� The bubble wrapped items or items in original boxes are then snuggly packed in a nest of crumpled newspaper, inside a shipping box that is large enough to allow for sufficient padding on ALL sides. Sometimes my packer has to get creative to assure the shipping box fits the merchandise. It is a tedious job for sure!
� All my items come from a non-smoking home with 2 Mini~Dachshunds that rule the roost. If you are sensitive or allergic to canines, you may want to reconsider buying my merchandise.
